"Beyond Practice", "BEYOND", "we", "our", and "us" is Beyond Practice Inc. along with Beyond Practice's respective directors, officers, employees, licensees, contractors, attorneys, agents, successors, and assigns."User", "you" or "your" is all visitors, Users, and others who wish to access or use the Platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web pages located at aichart.io (the "Site"), services and products accessible through the Site ("Services"), and the associated web-based software provided ("Software"). The Site, the Services, and the Software are jointly referred to as the "Platform".
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of the Platform.
By accessing and using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms, and our Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, Users, and others who wish to access or use the Platform.

Services
We use reasonable efforts to keep Automate Charting operational and to provide you with great content. However, our service offerings and their availability may change from time to time, without liability to you; for example: Automate Charting may experience temporary interruptions due to technical difficulties, maintenance or testing, or updates, including those required to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
We aim to evolve and improve Automate Charting constantly, and we may modify, suspend, or stop (permanently or temporarily) providing all of part of Automate Charting (including particular functions, features, subscription plans, and beta offerings); Beyond Practice has no obligation to provide any specific content and the applicable owners may remove particular content without notice. Subject to your compliance with these Terms (including any other applicable terms and conditions), we grant to you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make content and use Automate Charting content. This access shall remain in effect unless and until terminated by you or Beyond Practice. Beyond Practice retains ownership of all copies of Automate Charting's software applications and content even after installation on your devices.
Beta Phase
Beta Services are offered “as-is” to allow testing and evaluation, and content you provide to Beta Services may be used to improve the Services. Beyond Practice makes no representations or warranties for Beta Services, including any warranty that Beta Services will be generally available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that Content will be secure or not lost or damaged. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Beyond Practice expressly disclaims all warranties for Beta Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade.
Account Creation
You may need to create an account to use all or part of Automate Charting. Your username and password are for your personal use only and should be kept confidential. You understand that you are responsible for all use (including any unauthorized use) of your username and password. Beyond Practice may reclaim, or require you to change, your username for any reason.
Medical Disclaimer
The content and tools provided on our website, including information generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, are intended solely for informational and documentation purposes. They are not, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or for any form of medical triage. The information provided should not be relied upon for personal health decisions. If you have, or suspect you have, a health problem, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional. By using this website and tools, you agree that you have been trained in HIPAA-compliance and will act in a HIPAA-compliant manner by using de-identified data. User Content
Automate Charting users may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to Automate Charting. For the avoidance of doubt, "User Content" includes all information, materials and other content that is added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to Automate Charting by users. Automate Charting users are the sole owners of their User Content, including their prompts and the responses collected and returned by the AI charting tools. You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post and such User Content is your property. You promise that, with respect to any User Content you post on Automate Charting, (1) you own or have the right to post such User Content; and (2) such User Content, or its use by Beyond Practice pursuant to the license granted below, does not: (i) violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or (ii) imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your User Content by Beyond Practice or other individual or entity without the prior express written consent from Beyond Practice or such individual or entity. In posting or sharing User Content or other information on Automate Charting, please keep in mind that content and other information will be publicly accessible, and may be used and re-shared by others on the Automate Charting and across the web, so please use caution in posting or sharing, and be mindful of your account settings. Beyond Practice is not responsible for what you or others post or share on the service. Beyond Practice may, but has no obligation to, monitor or review User Content. Beyond Practice reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason. Beyond Practice may take these actions without prior notification to you.
Age Restriction
Our Services are intended for a general adult audience and are not targeted at children under the age of 16 (“minors”). We do not knowingly collect or ask for information from minors and do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service. By accessing or using this product, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information. Communication Preferences
By using Automate Charting, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us and our affiliates relating to your account and other communications such as newsletters about new features and content, special offers, promotional announcements and customer surveys via email or other methods. You also consent to marketing messages and materials regarding content, products and services via email. These communications may involve sending emails to your email address provided during account creation, or posting communications on the Service and are part of your relationship with us and the Service. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we or our affiliates send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing and, with respect to marketing materials, that you be provided information on how to opt out from receiving such materials. You should maintain copies of electronic communications by printing a paper copy or saving an electronic copy.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or other feedback in connection with your use of the Automate Charting Service or any Content ("Feedback"), such Feedback is not confidential and may be used by Beyond Practice without restriction and without payment to you. Feedback is considered a type of User Content under these Terms.
Proprietary Rights
All Automate Charting trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Automate Charting brand ("Automate Charting Brand Features") are the sole property of Beyond Practice or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Automate Charting Brand whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may make changes to these Terms (including any additional Automate Charting terms and conditions incorporated by reference herein) from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Site, and/or Services or Software available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Terms and Conditions; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
